My stay here was AMAZING, 5 ☆☆☆☆☆! From the greeting I received as I entered, straight through to my check out, the ENTIRE staff was EXCELLENT. What really stood out was how SINCERE & RESPONSIVE staff was, from making sure I needed anything, offering suggestions on what to see when in Pittsburgh, providing extra towels per my request, the room cleaning, replenishing/upkeeping beverage station in lobby, all was GREAT! ...and done with sense of urgency & warm hospitality! It made the experience seem as if I was in a family owned Bed & Breakfast. Thanks again to ALL the staff!

I usually have the best experience there with cleaness and but our room and bathroom was dirty. There was banging outside of our room all night long and usually I don’t have that problem. I stay there 3 to 4 times a month.
