The battery in our room key would not work and my fiancé could not enter the room even with the assistance of the concierge. They tried a USB port etc…. and the door would not open. They put her in a different room until the serviceman could come the next day. Then the hotel decided to charge us for the extra room they put us in! Even though we paid for our room we could not get into. The desk person and manager said it wasn’t the properties issue? What! I expect to be reimbursed for the room and our troubles! When I went to take a shower in the early morning before getting on the road, there was very little water coming out of the shower head. It was just like barely running out so I could not take a shower. I heard people through the night shouting at each other on the street from my hotel room. Not a very pleasant stay downtown Harrisburg, PA.
