Only complaint is temporary, and not the hotel's fault: there's work on 10th St at the end of the bridge, just after the property, in front of the adjacent Oliver Bath House. I don't know how long past this review that will last, but if booking anytime close, be aware. Lovely stay otherwise!

The staff were friendly and very responsive. They even called me after the stay to advise me that I forgot my watch on the hotel room desk. The construction on tenth street in front of the hotel was an inconvenience. Additionally, the water was off for a period of time the one morning of our stay. However, the breakfast was good.

Conveniently located off of 10th street bridge and approximately 10mins from downtown. Ample amount of parking for a fee and walking distance to restaurants. Hotel itself is clean and maintained. Beds were comfortable and room was spacious. Breakfast was good and lots of variety. The pool was decent. Minor take aways would be; water pressure in showers are subpar, pillows were ok, one bed was right up against the ac which caused the air hot or cold to be blown under the sheets, the pull blinds were not hung correctly resulting in the only going half way up. Overall the hotel is just fine for staying a weekend. The staff were friendly and informative.

Great place to stay!!!
We needed a place to stay that was close to the Pittsburgh paints arena. It was within walking distance and easy to get to from the hotel.

I accidentally booked the wrong number of days. Booked for 4 days and only needed 3. I asked on day 2 if I could remove the 4th day. Orbitz said yes but needed hotel approval. The hotel declined. We stayed on the first floor of the hotel. It had great access to the parking lot. The room was clean but the bathroom was note. I ended up retrieving some cleaning supplies to clean the shower mildew. Housekeeping did not clean our room on day 1 or 2. Having said all that the location was great.
