The attendant the evening we got there was very helpful we were staying there because my son had an early am surgery. The attendant was more than helpful in providing directions to the hospital.

Meh, but in a pinch
Never have been in Pittsburgh, it's not the easiest place to find or where to park to check in. The hotel was very clean and i liked the breakfast. The service was "meh" at best. The beds were not comfortable. I didn't sleep well. Also, you can hear everything from stuff outside to the other guests. The parking was okay but I didn't feel 100% safe leaving my car out there. Great location though.

The hotel is in an area not suited for night time arrival. Though it’s around the corner from the Warhol museum, the area is a bit run down and desolate for single travelers. The hotel , though somewhat modern in decor , was filthy. My quilt was dirty with hair and food stains… ( I hope it was food not something else). But I arrived at midnight so not much they could do about that . Also in the morning the shower did not have hot water… so I showered in cold water. Would not recommend staying here .
