On Friday I unplugged my charger and fire (not just sparks actual fire) flew out and landed on the floor. The smoke alarm did not go off but I called down and they said they would send someone up. After waiting 25 minutes I went to front desk. They said they would take my valet off my bill. Not sure if they did but my mac book charger does not work due to this and it is $80 for a new one. Restaurant was fine but this building needs remodeled

We have stayed here many times to attend games at Acrisure stadium. I have to say the Wyndham is looking a little tired and neglected. While the lobby still is clean and modern, the rooms are looking shabby. Our room had a very distinct moldy odor, the curtains look worn and the bathroom fixtures are rusty and dirty looking. While waiting for the elevator we noticed the wallpaper is peeling and the floor areas look dirty. It still has a great view, great location and the staff is always very pleasant.

Everything that could go wrong on a trip went wrong. I have been double billed on my CC. Valet lost my car and took almost an hour to determine that we did give them the vehicle before they began to look for it. I was almost late for my flight and the valet recommended uber. The hotel then informed me that the valet and the hotel are separate entities. This was really a place I will not return to.

Steelers game
Was in Pittsburgh for the Steelers versus Jets football game. The hotel was very convenient to the stadium and to restaurants and shops downtown.

The property is in a great location especially if you want to have an amazing view of the rivers. The view and being close to point state park is what made this stay. The room was very small. The walls were thin so we literally heard every cough, sneeze and conversation. There was a blood stain on the bed sheets, and the wall paper was peeling behind the bed. I personally would only come again if it was cheaper. Also all the staff were very friendly and helpful whenever we did need assistance.
