This property is a small boutique hotel close to 5th Avenue! It is an old property with room situated on three floors, and a narrow stairway to enter the small reception area.
It is located over a restaurant, which does become quite noisy in the evenings, and when they start dragging tables & chairs along the floor when opening and closing!
The room was quite spacious, however the amenities are very dated, and quite sparse. The shower is not very good, and only provided about 2 minutes of hot water and then it was cold. The microwave in the room stopped working after 3 days in the room (only used to heat water for a coffee). The air conditioning was not functioning on the first night, but this was explained to me, and the following day the maintenance guy was coming to repair it.!
The young receptionist that checked me in was very polite & courteous, and was available if required.
For a budget hotel this property is "OK", but there are many other accommodations of better standard located close to this area.
