Horrible problems at check in. We came two years ago and since then some things are going the wrong way. It looks they are cutting costs in may aspects, but rising prices. The concept is interesting, for one or two days. Three days you will be throwing your self out of the balcony.

El servicio es pésimo. La gente no se esfuerza para darte el mejor servicio posible y confrontan al cliente cuando exige el servicio por el que se paga. El poco espació en el que se podía estar en la playa estaba completamente sucio. Botes y bolsas de plástico, tapas y mas basura. El parque acuático es excelente y de primer nivel. Sin embargo el mal servicio nos dejó el peor sabor de boca y sin ganas de regresar. Ninguna empatía con el cliente, cuando se presentan situaciones que hay que solucionar, ni por las cantidades de dinero que pagamos para ir a ese lugar.

This is definitely a children's resort. the water park was amazing. amenities for the baby were very convenient including bottle sanitizer and baby bath tub/ changing table. the room wasn't spotless but it was okay. the dining options left a lot to be desired.

We loved the waterpark and the rooms! The pool in our balcony was so beautiful but the water was freezing. We didn’t like how expensive the gift shop was, the prices were outrageous.

This resort was so nice. I encountered one extremely Rude employee. Which immediately put a bad taste in my mouth. She worked at the spa check in, her name Started with a R. She was horrible. Piazza was delicious! The room service food was not very good. Le spatula had decent food. Overall my children age 10 and 20 had a great time!

It is not all inclusive as advertised, and in fact there is some false advertisement for this location. Upon arrival, we were greeted by various offers to buy drinks, food, and very overpriced toys. The resort is adopting the business model from a bigger one located in Orlando FL, where everything has a price at a mark up. The staff are at times very unhelpful, and are not willing to make up for any inconvenience unless it benefits the resort in someway. There are no coupons, or discounts offered which other locations in Cancun do offer when the client has had a bad experience. Will not return to this resort.

staff could be a lil bit more welcoming, but other than that, food was great, drinks were good and rooms were good as well. I know its a kids hotel but i wish there would be activities later than 8 pm, everything is closed after 10 pm so the only option is to go to the room, but other than that everything was good. Also the prices at the shops are ridiculously expensive and they dont even have bags after you spend your money on them.
