Beautifully decorated for style and comfort, this gorgeous Bali-Thai style condo complex also offers resort amenities like a gorgeous pool with a swim-up bar, a gym, and all the modern conveniences you could possibly need on vacation. This place is a vacationer’s heaven, even a longer-term stay is perfect, because you won’t need a car at all. You can walk anywhere. It’s only 2 blocks to 5th Avenue and a block the other way to the beach and the Caribbean Sea! Just about everything you could need is just a short walk away. There’s even a Super Walmart in walking distance!

There are also so many things to see and do around Playa -- everything from the beach and beach clubs, water sports like snorkeling, scuba, paddle boarding, eco-parks with underground rivers, ancient Mayan ruins, cenotes (natural sinkholes special to this area!), private yacht tours and fishing charters, golfing, day trips to Tulum or Cancun, and so much more!

Getting Around:
The condo is about 55.1 km/34.2 miles or about a 45-min drive from the Cancun International Airport (CUN). It’s best to prearrange your airport transfers. There are shared-ride and private vans as well as rental car options. Let us know if you need any assistance. We’d be happy to help!

Other Things to Note:
- The gym is under renovation and will not be available until further notice.

- As a precautionary step to avoid contamination and spread of Covid-19, the elevators and the fitness centre (a.k.a areas with high risks of infection) in the condominium might be temporarily suspended.

- Electricity is included in short-term stays (2-27 nights) but not included for long-term rentals of 28 nights or more. In this case, you pay for what you consume based on a $6 MXN (pesos) fee per KW. *Please help us save energy by using the AC wisely and keeping the temperature at 25°C and turning off the AC and lights when you leave the property.

- There is no daily cleaning. For long-term stays (21 nights or more) guests will be charged an extra fee of $30 USD per week for mandatory mid stay- cleaning service. This will be scheduled with guests during their stay. The cleaning service does not include changing the bed linens or towels. If you would like to add this service, additional fees will apply.

- There's no washer or dryer on the property. However, laundry pick-up/drop-off service is available upon request and at an additional price.

The price for loosing / not returning bracelets or digital keys should always be $12 USD

- Whenever possible, the Moskito local team will greet you in person and they will ask your signature on the Rental Agreement. We will send you the information covered on the Agreement once the reservation is confirmed so you can review it in advance

- Security Deposit : A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and released 5 business days after check-out, provided all terms are met.

- There is a penalty of $12 USD per bracelet or magnetic card lost.

- Please note that the condominium lobby is undergoing maintenance work due to some leaks in the main palapa. Please excuse the conditions while the work takes place. The reception desk service will not be interrupted. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

- Additional Services -
We are happy to assist you with other arrangements for a worry-free vacation, such as airport transfers, house keeping, tour information and booking, car rental, plus many more services. All of these services can be booked prior to your arrival. We are here to help you relax during your vacation.

We provide a few essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive: drinking water, soap, shampoo, and toilet paper. Please note that these items are not replenished during your stay. If you'd like to arrange grocery delivery, just let us know!

House Rules
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters will be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during your stay.
- Please avoid from moving furniture
- Pets are not allowed.
- It is requested to use the Safety Deposit Box for all your valuables. We will not be held responsible for any loss or theft.
- Pool and common area regulations and opening hours have to be respected. The use of musical devices in common areas is prohibited. Glasses, glass bottles, food or coolers are not allowed in the pool, the use of disposable or plastic glasses are allowed.
- We ask that you please adhere to the rules of the condo complex during your stay. You’ll be required to acknowledge and sign upon arrival.

Interaction with Guests:
This is a self-check-in property. Access codes will be provided to you within 24 hours before arrival.
