Love it, super family friendly. There is a show & activity every night and day that’s kids friendly. Splash park, pool, restaurants, everything is great, impressed with this smooth operation at this scale. Staff are super nice and helpful!

We had a very good experience at this resort. Food was excellent. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Shows were very nice and entertaining. WiFi connection could have been better, but didn’t affect anything major (Royalton app sometimes was difficult to use because of the bad connection).

this hotel is the best all inclusive I've been in Cancun traveled with 2 kids 8 & 1.5 ( big gap i know ) both had so much fun! the food is great , the hotel is clean the slides , kids club the pools and beach were amazing and especially the staff , really top notch customer service , highly recommended, we will be back every year ( if not before ), muchas gracias!

Awesome place for kids. A bit to Americanized for my liking. Did have a lizard in the room, they sent maintenance instead of changing our room. Biggest complaint was the reservation process was terrible for the restaurants in the evening. That was very frustrating!!

Overall is was nice, not sure it was worth the cost though. Food was terrible and lines were long. Check in process took a long time. We were given a 600$ resort credit which was basically a coupon book that had too many restrictions and made it hard to use. Alcohol was very watered down. Staff was excellent. Resort was clean. Reservations were needed for everything even the kids activities.
This was the ‘ham’ on my sandwich, which I’m pretty sure is just a sliced hotdog

It was kind of a weird experience to be honest. Our daily point of contact gave us wrong info on day 1- We were told we were in "Diamond club" to later be told by multiple pool attendants we were allowed to be in certain pools. We felt pressured to choose the restaurant for the night upon arrival as well so felt rushed in a way. He also forgot to put in our reservation on night 3 and we had to wait 1 hour to be seated. Every single restaurant felt severely under staffed. On day 1 we just wanted a quick lunch after arriving to the hotel, but they don't serve lunch at the sports bar and the bartenders didn't acknowledge us almost at all. (Head down kind of bartender experience.) Bartender told us to put our order in with the host. Every single restaurant the food was unfortunately mediocre. Minus the pizza at the italian restaurant was pretty good. Asking for transportation took so many steps to verify and we never quite had the right info. it was always "Yes come to the lobby" but then no one knowing what the deal was regarding transportation or helping with our room accommodations, which got messed up as well. We reserved a ocean view room and then same POC said we were getting "upgraded" to swim up pool room. The room had zero privacy and no ocean view. Had to ask to change, a 2nd employee told us our POC moved us to this room because the hotel accidentally overbooked the hotel and no ocean view rooms left. We got moved the next day. I wish I had better things to say!

Krystel and Alejandro went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our visit was perfect. I absolutely enjoyed my stay. To each its own, you can’t satisfy everybody but I was completely blown away at the property. Krystal ,Luz and Kimbou deserve a raise. They were terrific. The food options were great. A lot to choose from. The room was great and clean. Everybody was friendly by far. I would suggest that during check out time have more representatives .

We loved the royalton splash! We went for a wedding which was also coordinated flawlessly! The food choices were good and the rooms were cleaned spotless every day :) The resort grounds were clean and the staff were so so so helpful! Royalton Splash is a good resort, with great facilities and staff. Our butlers Jorman and Gonzalo were Excellent. The only negatives are the facility is becoming a bit dated and the loyalty program push is unrelenting.

Krystal Pohlenz was our point of contact for this trip. She treated us like family and took really good care. She made sure we were comfortable and made reservations and suggestions that were perfect for our family. I would rate her a 11/10 an extra point for her kind interactions. The other staff and people at the property were okay. Not sure if language was a barrier but because it is a huge property a lot of things are slow. Sometimes the orders never came on time and overall i would rate it a 9/10.
