Arrived 20 mins. Early, female cleck wouldn’t check us in until 3p because we booked with Expedia but allowed other from booking and book it to check-in, stated she had to wait for Expedia to send our info, when her shift was over at 3p a new clerk took over, I approached him to
Check -in and the envelope was right there just had to be handed to me, clearly the girl clerk was just being lazy.
Safe was on locked mode, asked for it to be open so we can use it, male clerk called the property manager several times never answered his calls and never showed up. We asked for a room upgrade and pay for it, male clerk again had to call the manager who never answered, didn’t get a room upgrade and no answer on the request.
You own drinks not allowed around the pool area since they have a cash bar, very inconvenient.
Had to buy our own sanitary paper because clerk did not have access to supplies once cleaning crew has left.
Good WiFi, good location. Good AC.
I would not return.
