"Hot water didn’t come on during the first morning and calling the front desk went unanswered. I had to go down to the front desk. Issue was resolved but it was still inconvenient. Fortunately there were no more unwanted surprises."

A good hotel in Equiptrol, Santa Cruz
"It is a well run, modern and very clean hotel, with ample rooms and an excellent location. The steam room off the hotel Gym was small but satisfactory. The only Weaknesses: the dry sauna was out of order, and the swimming pool is too cold in winter. But I will stay there again."
