Clean comfy and good parking.
Lovely place, perfect for us. Clean and comfortable. Definitely will stay again. Was worried about parking but no need as about 5-6 big parking places round the back. 2 mins to shops in Mutley and about 10-15 min walk in to Plymouth.

Having stayed here before very disappointed to turn up to a car park full of rubbish and smelling horrible. On entering the building all you could smell was weed.
