The ran out of towels and we didn’t have enough towels to shower. They said they would bring towels to the pool area and they never did. The ceilings were kinda gross and looked like they had water damage.

The Red Lion was so, so! The people at the front desk were very good and caring. When we got there, we were informed that all the king size rooms on the first floor were rented. We had requested a room that was handycapped accessible as we both have troubles climbing stairs and they had no elevator. They offered to give us a gueen room on the ground floor, which was fine with us. When we got to room 106, it was clean and nice, except it had one bed and absolutely no closet or hooks to hang any clothes on and the shower had a bench in it that was bolted to the wall, so you had to sit on it to take a shower. It was overall clean and the bed was comfortable, but it just seemed to have lots of unfinished quirks.

I will shout it to the rooftops that the staff was amazing. The pool area was clean and really beautiful. Cleanliness in the restaurant/bar was not up to par nor was it in my room. As much as I hate to say it, I will not be back.

Budget friendly for a short overnight stay
Convenient for a short overnight stay. The staff are friendly and the location is convenient. The hotel itself is a little weathered. The room we stayed in was not cleaned very well as there was garbage still in the room and old contact lenses found on the floor. The floor itself was not cleaned very well.

The only issue I had with my stay was the air conditioning unit was a little loud, but it didn’t stop me from sleeping so it wasn’t that bad. It was just something I noticed. Everything else is great.
