- All guests (including day guests/visitors) and vehicles must be registered at least 72 hours prior to arrival or you will not be allowed in the community.
-There is $8.50 fee per person (In season: May 24-Sept 2) or $2 (off-season) per night fee for anyone 6 years old and up for use of the community amenities and a $20 registration fee per car; and a $20 rental registration fee.. These are set by the community and must be paid whether you use the amenities or not.
- The stated fees are in addition to your reservation fees and will be collected by your dedicated host via separate payment platform at time of registration.

- Firewood for fire pit is included

- Quiet hours from 10pm-8am
- Absolutely no fireworks. Although you can legally buy them, it is illegal to set them off. You will be fined.

We do not provide watercraft but the community has rentals available.
You can go to The Rental Shack for paddle boards, kayaks, and canoes! Many outdoor games are also available.

Be advised that we may need to contact you via email for community registration information if necessary.

Pet fee required to be paid at time of booking if bringing a pet. Dogs only.

The booking party must be at least 25 years old and must be present at the home throughout the stay. Individuals under the age of 21 will not be allowed on the property without their parent or legal guardian, unless prior written agreement has been made.
-No Smoking Indoors of any type
-No fireworks, you will be fined
-Quiet hours 10pm-8am
-We supply firewood.
-We supply propane for the grill
-Late check-out and early check-in may be available for a small fee, depending on availability.
-Undisclosed or unapproved pets will incur a charge of $250 to $500, per night.

-Please be aware that during a burn ban, no open flames are permitted, including propane fire pits and tables. We appreciate your help in keeping the community safe by following this restriction.

-Please note that from May 24 to September 2 (in-season), there is a $20 registration fee which includes a trash pass, plus $20 per car for the duration of your stay, and $8.50 per person (ages 6 and over) daily or $42.50 weekly. During the off-season, a $20 registration fee (including trash pass) and $20 per car for the duration apply, along with a daily rate of $2.00 per person (ages 6 and over).

-This property is located within a community that requires the registration of guests and vehicles for entry and access to amenities. While we will never ask for your ID, please note that upon arrival at the community gates or welcome center, staff/security may request to see IDs for validation purposes.

-Please be aware that as the booking party, you are responsible for reimbursing any fines or fees incurred during your stay. In the event that a fine is issued, we will handle the payment and request reimbursement from you after your stay is completed.
