Rooms need better bed and digital thermostats. Room was extremely hot, couldn’t control the temperature.

I needed a room asap and I found. The lady at the reception was very kind she could not give me a room earlier than a check it is but she offered me to keep my luggage in a locked room where I also changed my clothes and followed my trip to Štrbske pleso. Very nice and friendly staff even during a dinner&breakfast.Thank you!

Very comfortable- we had a small apartment and it was a great space to relax in at the end of the day. Everything in Tatranska Lomnica was walkable from the hotel.

The only thing I did not like about it is that you need to pay 80 Euros to use hot tub every time , plus dress code to go to dinner .

Loved it, excellent stay. Helpful caring staff, breakfasts were delicious, room clean and quiet, amazing views from the windows.
