Apartment is located on the second floor of a private house in a quiet village old Podstrana.

Long beach with small pebble is within just few minutes of drive or 10 min walking from the apartment.
Living room has a smart LED TV, air condition unit and comfortable sofa bed sleeping one person.
Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, electric and gas stoves, oven, toaster, kettle and fridge with freezer, ready for you to prepare any kind of tasty meal.
First bedroom has one comfortable double bed and second bedroom has a two cozy single beds that can be joined to one double bed.
Bathroom has a washing machine, shower and hair dryer.
Apartment has a separate toilet too.
We will provide you an iron and ironing board.

Price for one night stay is +30%
For two or more nights stay standard price applies.
Smoking inside the apartment is not allowed.
However, you can smoke outside on the balcony and in the garden.
Pets are not allowed, sorry.
We expect normal house behaviour - watch not to break anything, leave the apartment tidy and don't make noise to other people in the house.
Except that - just enjoy your stay here!
Check in time is 2 pm (14:00), check out 10:00 am, flexible if possible.
**** Guest access:
You will have an exclusive access to the apartment and its balcony.
Garden, outside fireplace and childrens playground is shared with guests of our other apartment.
You will get a parking spot in the yard of the house free of charge.
**** The Neighbourhood:
Old Podstrana is a quiet village 900m from the beach, coast and center of new Podstrana village.
It's a bit up the hill so there's a nice view to the sea and islands across.
**** Getting around:
Bus station is 900m away.
Split Airport is 30 km from the apartment.
