Tranquility
A beautiful setting, but tricky to find first up... Call for clear directions. Refurbished old building, huge character, ample breakfast , pool was delightful on hot afternoons. I love this sort of place !! Hosts were very friendly and helpful... Local wine is a must !!

TOP verblijf!
Ons verblijf bij Tenuta Il Tresto was heerlijk. Wat een gastvrije mensen! De kamers waren heel netjes en schoon. Onze bedden zijn in een week 2x verschoond en de prullenbak werd dagelijks geleegd. Het zwembad geeft je een prachtig uitzicht over Toscane... De agriturismo ligt op een heuvel en dus wat afgelegen waardoor het lekker rustig is. Toch is het een perfecte uitvalsbasis om Toscane te ontdekken. Lees je andere reviews dan lees je zo nu en dan iets over 'de weg naar boven' deze is inderdaad niet geasfalteerd, maar dat lijkt mij juist de charme van dit typische Italiaanse verblijf. Zelfs een fiat panda komt gewoon naar boven. De eigenaaresse staat smorgens in de keuken en verzorgt een heerlijk ontbijt met zelfgebakken taart. Wij werden heerlijk door haar in de watten gelegd.

Sehr schön gelegenes Hotel mit hauseigenem Pool
Wir würden sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Hotel liegt sehr idyllisch, der Weg zum Hotel ist mit den für die Toskana typischen Säulenzypressen gesäumt. Die Zimmer sind einfach eingerichtet und mit Bad. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und wird von einer sehr lieben Frühstücksfee betreut. Sie hat uns sogar manchmal am Nachmittag mit Kaffee versorgt, obwohl die Küche geschlossen war. Der Pool liegt am Ende des langezogenen Grundstückes und bietet einen atemberaubenden Anblick auf Poggibonsi und auf San Gemignano, der Stadt mit den Türmen. Ein superschöner Ort zur Erholung!

We stayed 6 nights, and the place is highly recommendable. The staff was friendly, the pool was a real treat in the warmth and the location just between Florence and Siena in the middle of Chianti is perfect when experiencing Toscany by car.

chambre de charme dans une belle maison toscane
Personnel très attentif et à l'écoute. Beauté des lieux à la campagne. A deux pas de toutes les petites villes toscanes médiévales réputées et du Chianti. Piscine XXL aux eaux turquoise, surpomblant les paysages. La vraie douceur Italienne et la langue française parlée à merveille !

Leider nicht so wie erwartet
Für drei Erwachsene hatten wir ein Appartment mit zwei Schlafzimmern inklusve Frühstück und den üblichen Hoteldienstleistngen wie tägliche Zimmerreinigung, Handtuchwechsel, etc.gebucht. Bei unserer Anreise hat uns der Besitzer empfangen, leider war ernicht fähig das Anmeldeformular auszufüllen, das durften wir selbst tun. das Appartment war ausgestattet mit einer Mischung aus alten zusammengesuchten Möbeln die den Weg zum Sperrmüll nicht gefunden haben. Die Schlafzimmer lagen zum Tal nach Poggibonsi mit wenig charmanter Aussicht auf den Ort und die Autostraße. Der Lärm der Autostraße war die ganze Nacht zu hören, so dass ein Schlafen bei offenem Fenster nicht möglich war. Wir haben uns nach der dritten Nacht mit Sofie geeinigt, 3 Nächte voll bezahlt und die restlichen 5 Nächt storniert. Wir waren sehr froh das wir Tenuta Il Tresto verlassen konnten.

Superbe expérience
Magnifique endroit sur une ferme viticole. Seule déception, les vendanges n'étaient pas commencées. Établissement d'époque rénove mais ayant conservé son charme typique. Déjeuner copieux. Difficile a trouver.

Idyllisches Landhotel im toskanischen Stil
Ein Hotel, so wie man sich es in der Toskana vostellt. Das alte Haus ist liebevoll für die heutigen Zwecke umgebaut worden. Das von uns genutzte Zimmer ist zweckmässig ausgestattet gewesen. Vor den Zimmern gibt es einen großen Kühlschrank der von den Gästen genutzt werden kann. Das Hotel ist ideal um ausflüge in die Region zu unternehmen (Siena, San Gimignano, Volterra uvm.) und sich danach am hauseigenen Pool mit blick auf das Val d. Elsa zu entspannen. Die Angestellten sind sehr freundlich und bemüht, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Das Frühstück ist Landestypisch aber mit einer besseren Auswahl als in vergleichbaren Unterknünften. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden das Hotel bei einem nächsten Toskanaurlaub wieder buchen.

Je pense que le manque d'information vient d'expedia car les gens de l'agritourisme sont très biens. Il apparait que nous étions à 15km de l'agritourisme dans un appartement qui n'a rien d'interessant au final. Mon avis est donc mitigé
