Just didn't live up to my expectations. The most distracting aspect was loud, noisy guests well into 3 - 4 am. The supplies in the room were not available - shampoo had no liquid in it, no bars of handsoap, etc. The pool didn't have towels and the supplies were not available (shampoo in shower). The jacuzzi was barely working - jets not really circulating the water. The gym facility had old machines - bike was wobbly and not connected to change the resistance, stepper was all metal that scraped. Will not be coming back.

The restaurant hours are very limited and offered no breakfast option other than getting in your car and driving to three blocks away. Also, we had prime rib ordered for room service for dinner and they served plastic utensils. Are you kidding me the place was lovely. The view was gorgeous and no real complaints but room service was really quite comical.

Was disappointed when we arrived when one of the outside pools were closed. Also small restaurant on site had closed Labor Day weekend, this had not been the case in years past. Overall enjoyed our stay, staff very pleasant. Will be returning
