It is an older hotel. Did not like we were in the building across the street so we were not able to use the pool as my husband has disability issues so too far to enjoy. Breakfast was not good.

Very outdated with moldy wallpaper in bathroom area, although toilet, bathtub and sink were very clean... Clean bed, but not very comfortable... Door to enter room was very hard to open and close... Staff was friendly... Complimentary breakfast was adequate... Breakfast area was very clean... One wing of building was under renovation and parts were boarded up...

We actually stayed accross the street in almost like a dorm facility. Rooms are tired and need a referb. Beds where sufficient. Beeakfast in the morning was as advertised with a carb overload. Even some hard boiled eggs would have been nice.

We stayed in the older part of the motel I’m guessing. The bathroom was clean the beds seemed clean but old. The carpet was dirty. The housekeeper didn’t leave toilet paper or Kleenex so we had none the last night we stayed. It’s centrally located is why I chose it.

The hotel should not be open at all! We had booked months in advance and nowhere did it say they were renovating ad have been for a long time. They only had 3 rooms available when we arrived and the first 2 should be condemned. The door and lock on the first room did not work, the carpet was severely stained, the drywall was peeling and wet all over. The second room had the same issue and was dirty but the door worked. The room we stayed in was cleaner however the new thermostat did not work. You could not adjust the temperature in the room. The overhead fan was filthy. The room was extremely musty and the smell of pot was always present. I have never stayed in a room this bad in my life and I have stayed in hotels in a lot of countries including Dominican Republic, Mexico, Europe, etc. The only good thing I can say about the hotel was the front staff. They were very sorry for the condition and showed us the 3 available rooms. They were knowledgeable with directions and very friendly. My final opinion is: do not stay there! Expedia needs to listen to the reviews and inform others!

You’re very convenient The breakfast meals were delicious well supplied, and the girls were very nice very accommodating. I found the staff at the desk when we went in was very friendly. I just didn’t like the part that I had to go to the other building for access to the pool the breakfast, but overall, we were Satisfied

A little dated, but clean. Walking distance to a lot of cool downtown restaurants and shops. Went there for Kinsmen convention and to golf. Many courses and attractions within 30mins. Would recommend for location and value! Checkout Victoria St!!!

Do not stay here 😒
Was hit with unexpected fees. A young man living in his car behind the hotel asking for smokes and whatever i felt very uncomfortable. Guests using tge lawn to park their vehicle. Breakfast was muffins-tea coffee no eggs or bacon. Room had a fridge no microwave. This use to be a good place to stay at once upon a time. Now i would recommend this hotel. It has really gone down hill.
