Kinsale Cottage - Beautiful and Stylish

Kinsale Cottage is a large 3 bedroom country home set on 110 peaceful acres with magnificent views of the Brokenback ranges and right in the heart of Pokolbin. Complete with all the modern luxuries including complimentary Wi-Fi, it is the perfect place to get away from it all or take in some of the many activities that the area has to offer. Kinsale Cottage has everything. There is a grand 10-seat dining table and a kitchen full of Smeg appliances for your holiday master chef creations and a Vittoria Espressotoria coffee machine. Kinsale has two large living areas, both equipped with flat-screen TVs and DVDs so the kids can have their own retreat while the grown-ups converse over local wine and cheese before the gas-log fire.

Although in federation style, the living area of the cottage is open and flows from the dining room to the sitting room. These areas have also been designed so that they can be closed off to provide privacy.

The cottage has one King bedroom with ensuite and two Queen bedrooms with a spacious main bathroom. There is also a double fold out sofa bed in the private sitting room allowing very comfortable accommodation for up to 8 guests. The living areas provide DVD/Foxtel app/Netflix/Flat screen TVs and surround sound for your enjoyment. There is also two large verandahs to take in the magnificent views. For those staying for an extended period there is a fully equipped laundry.

TARIFF

Midweek - minimum 2 nights, 4 guests from $443 per night (Mon-Thu)
Extra guests are charged at $116 per person per night.
Children under 13 are charged at $64 per night
Infants under 2 are free.

Please note that a $40 booking fee is applicable for all bookings made.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit/bond of $1000.00 is required for your stay and is payable as a credit card pre-authorisation. This will be processed approximately 24 - 48 hours before your arrival, so please ensure the funds are available at this time.

NOTES 

A 1-night stay may be accepted at discretion of Management within 14 days of the prospective arrival date. A surcharge is applicable on the 1-night stay, this will be calculated by our staff and quoted to you before the booking is confirmed.
Weekend Public Holiday, Easter, Christmas, and New Year periods require a minimum 3 night stay full weekend rate.



Concert and special event weekends in the Hunter Valley will have a set minimum night requirement to stay and may attract a surcharge.

Perfect wine country getaway
We spent the Easter long weekend with our friends in this property. It was wonderful. Spacious and really comfortable. Equipped to cook meals with dining indoors and outdoors for long leisurely dining. A huge yard that had an abundance of bird life. We spent each late afternoon watching the cows make their way from one side of the far paddock to the other and kangaroos hopping along whilst watching the sunset. Highly recommend this property!

Beautiful Views and lovely house to spend a family Christmas away.
We loved our stay at Kinsale cottage. The kids enjoyed the space to run around and cow spotting in the morning and evening. The house was comfortable and suits extended family with space for all to relax. A beautiful place to stay abs celebrate Christmas with our family.

Perfect location in Pokolbin. Close to everything in the Hunter Valley. The house itself was even nicer than pictured. The bathrooms were very modern and the kitchen as well. Really big house, easily accommodating 6 adults. You are on a private block of land so it was very quiet and secluded. Overall a fantastic stay.
