Vora Mar 31 is a waterfront apartment perfectly located right in at the renowned ‘Pine Walk’. Providing sensational views together with a wide array of facilities nearby, this apartment combines a prime location with breath-taking views and is able to accommodate up to 5 guests in 3 bedrooms.

Inside, it is air conditioned in the lounge and bedrooms. The bright lounge offers amazing views to the bay and access to a seafront balcony where you can just take your time and enjoy the calm and landscape. The independent fully-fitted kitchen provides all one need, it also lead to an utility room.
A bathroom and a shower room are at the service of all 5 guests, who can sleep in the double bedroom and two additional bedrooms with a trundle bed each.

The apartment is at a third floor without a lift, and at the following floor our guests can enjoy the community rooftop with a built-in BBQ which is shared with the first and second floor.

Thanks to its location this apartment is perfect also for all those guests who do not wish to rely on a car during their holiday as facilities of any kinds are virtually at your doorstep!

Perfect location
Amazing location, with beautiful views. Conveniently close to the beach, shops and a plethora of restaurants and bars. Apartment was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Customer service ahead of our stay was brilliant - responsive, clear and friendly. We would definitely recommend and will likely revook another time.

Great stay
We had a great stay. The apartment is lovely with fantastic views. Check in communication could be improved as we had to ask a number of times when the apartment would be available. Then on check out day the cleaners arrived at 7.45am and woke us up trying to get in to the apartment despite checkout being 10am. Minor niggles that didn't affect our stay but worth mentioning as they can easily be improved. We'd definitely book again.

Positives: Amazing Location right on the Pine Walk, beach on your doorstep, restaurants, bars, shop directly below, we love Pollenca is just a perfect place to holiday. Balcony and views from this apartment are fantastic. Rang Easy Villa's to ask for a clothes airer as weather looking dodgy and they had one to us in hours. Negatives: Emptying bucket of water in kitchen from aircon all the time not ideal. Area where you hang washing & shower room smelt awful - we called it Cabbage Alley. Maybe some hand soap in bathrooms, tea, coffee, sugar, pint of milk automatically there would have been nice rather than paying for a welcome pack (like we had foc last year in an apmt on the pine walk). Aircon on rigid timer so unable to put on when you might want it on - really not good if it was super hot. No extra pillows just one big long low one on beds. No welcome information folder, this wouldn't be ideal if you had never stayed in Pollenca before. Only time we heard from owners was when we got in touch with them to find out how we got the keys to get into the apartment, and even then instructions not clear but the shop owner below was super helpful. Nowhere to put anything in the bathroom or middle bedroom, struggled to keep cases in there. I'm not a negative moaner but we stayed in another apmt last year for less money and there really is no comparison - would I come back to Pollenca? Most definitely 100% but would I stay in this apartment again? It's a No from us.

Situated on the Pine Walk next to the Bahia, so fantastic location for the beach and restaurants. Lovely sunny balcony. Apartment had all that we needed. Would stay again.

Great Location
This apartment is on the beach, with great views of the bay from the balcony. All the shops and restaurants are close by and easy to get to. The apartment was very clean and well maintained. The check in time of 17:00 was a bit late, but the management agreed that we could access the property at 15:00, which was helpful.

The property is quite simply in the perfect location, three strides from the front door to the beach. air con in every room was an utter blessing. Very clean and equipped to a decent standard as well. Only down side was the complaints form my kids about slow wifi [!!] ,me not reading the small print about how far in advance you need to book your mid stay cleaning by. We also understood one of the rooms to be a twin, but it was also a double, which was not ideal, but not a show stopper either. I would book it again
