Peaceful Rural Farmhouse with beautiful farmland views

Turtons Cottage boasts beautiful views across farmland from the private expansive deck. A warm, modern house that is perfect for relaxing.
The Master bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom and a view across farmland from the comfortable bed. The 2 other bedrooms have to total of 5 single beds. There is a bath and vanity in one bathroom, and a separate toilet. There is another shower to ensure plenty of bathroom options.
The Smart TV allows you to log into your favourite shows or access online content. The wi-fi and cell reception allow you to remain connected… if you want to!
A large lock up garage to store bikes or equipment is attached to the house.
Horses can be yarded or paddocked if you want to bring them too, and dogs by arrangement.
The house is 5 minutes from Pongaroa, 30 minutes from Akitio beach and is the closest accommodation to the beautiful Waihi Falls. Pongaroa boasts a cafe/store and a country pub with excellent meals. Away from the hustle but many outdoor recreational activities to enjoy from the ranges to the beach.
Standard pricing per night is $140 for 2 people and $40 per additional person. Some dates are priced differently and is the rate for 2 people. Please enquiry for confirmation of rates for more than 2 people.

Beautiful peaceful country retreat
The communication was perfect. Very beautiful, peaceful location. The home is spotless and cosy. The beds are comfy. The main windows could perhaps have had the bird poo cleaned off but this does not in any way affect the loveliness of the home. It is merely a suggestion. Overall it is a lovely family and pet friendly home. Thank you so much. We would definitely stay again.
