Upon check in we did not get the room we were expecting. Go to to our room and the smell of mold was awful. After contacting Hotels.com for a refund we had to consult front desk. They showed us another room, had a nice view, still not what we paid for, but we took it. The mold smells are horrible ….the hotel needs a lot of TLC, carpets are bed, rooms are too warm, refrigerator ran all night long, all in all I would not recommend or go back again. Noise outside on a Saturday night until after 3 a.m, hence NO sleep! Best comment we had a nice view of the harbor…but still not worth the money. Very disappointed with hotel and hotels.com for not giving us what we paid for! FYI: Also email hotel to confirm that the room you pay for is the room you are getting!!!!!!
