Three bedroom house, sleeping up to five persons located on the popular Harbourside Park development just a few minutes walk to Poole Quay, the Town and all its facilities. Baiter Park public boat slipway is just a few minutes away.

The property has been comprehensively furnished. On the ground floor there is a spacious open plan living and dining area with flat screen television and DVD player. Broadband facility. Separate kitchen area fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. Stairs up to the first floor lead to three bedrooms, kingsize double bedroom (5ft) with ensuite bathroom (shower cubicle, sink and toilet). This room also benefits from access to a balcony area. Twin bedroom (3ft single beds or zip and link superkingsize double and a further single bedroom (3ft single with optional pull-out bed).. Family bathroom with bath with shower facility over, sink and toilet. From the living area there are doors leading to a patio garden area - ideal for al fresco dining.

Parking - There are two parking spaces - off road at the front of the property. Garage available too - perfect space for bikes, paddle boards and watersports equipment!

Great house, lovely area and good base for Poole and surrounding area.
We stayed at Sanderling (Catalina Drive) as we love Poole and stayed at another close by property but needed somewhere with more space and this house was perfect for us. Spacious, clean with everything you need for a short stay or long holiday. We were there in early April and it was still a bit cold but the house is warm, cosy and well maintained. Separate utility room was really good and overall the house was great for us. Poole is great and having a good base to explore Poole, the harbour and surround area was great. Whether you’re staying local or going to Weymouth, Bournemouth, Monkey World, Splashworld or Beaulieu would recommend this house as a base. Lots of nice pubs and restaurants in Poole too. Quay holidays are very efficient and friendly to deal with too.

Great location
Clean, modern and well equipped townhouse in very good location. Close to the harbour (10 mins walk) and the town. Park 1 minute walk with excellent views of the bay and Brownsea Island. Short drive to excellent beaches. Very enjoyable and relaxing break.
