Very poor quality property - not as described
Booked for family to stay while attending a function. I am really embarrassed to have arranged such terrible accommodation. Glass by the front door is cracked and damaged with the double glazing leaking. Skirting boards dirty and mouldy. Grout in bathrooms mouldy - have they been cleaned properly? Stains on carpets. Some carpets pulling away from skirting boards and stained black at the edges. One bed had a large stain down the side. Missing slats in venetian blinds. One window was jammed open. Wires hanging out the walls.

We booked this property as a family to attend a wedding. The property looks lovely from the outside but is dated inside. There were cables coming out of the wall in the lounge, the beds were uncomfortable and didn’t fit the frames and we had no instructions on how to use everything. That is just the start of what is wrong with this house.
