Beautiful Property But….
It is a beautiful property but we just arrived after hurricane Helene came through and there was no power and NO air conditioning. They for the power to work our second day but the ac was still out. The front office had AC but the rooms did not have any, so we wound up checking out early.. could not sleep in 87 degree heat and humidity one more night. I am sure the property is beautiful and great to stay when everything is working.. just beware of hurricane season and having possibly no power and no AC.

Had a great time. The only issue was when we went to the pool one afternoon and four "yacht couples" also came to the pool with their cooler of beer. They created a circle in the shallow end of the pool, chatting and drinking their beers. No issues with them but no room for us to get in and swim around unless we went into the deep end. We are senior citizens and have a hard time getting up and down the ladder in the deep end. We stayed for a short while and then left the pool.

Over all excellent location with a beautiful view. Did have issues with TV remote control and a toilet that was discharging several times through out the night. To be fair…I was only there one night and did not give the staff a chance at service recovery.
