Park View offers 4 bedrooms in a quiet close only 2 minutes to the centre of Port Fairy. With plenty of space for the kids to roam, it offers a quiet retreat with easy access to the CBD of Port Fairy. The home looks out over a large green park, perfect for a game of footie or somewhere the kids can let off steam.

The spacious master bedroom comes with a walk in robe and ensuite. The second bedroom across the hall, also a spacious Queen with its own TV.

The home offers a large kitchen with double fridge, large oven, dishwasher and plenty of counter space. It's ideal for couples sharing without living in each others pockets. Off the kitchen is a large sitting room with large flat screen TV. It is perfect for the boys game night or somewhere to pop the kids for a movie while you enjoy a quiet dinner.

The second living room/dining room offers 6 seater dinning and large living area. The second bathroom has both walk in shower and separate bath. There is a separate laundry room with washing machine.

There is an enclosed yard outside with outdoor seating offering privacy for those evening BBQ's after the cool changes drifts through town bringing the fresh scent of the sea.

Beautiful, spacious house
This was a beautiful house to stay in for our short weekend trip. Such a clean property and very well organised. Check-in process was easy and everything was as advertised. Highly recommend for families wanting a roomy place for themselves while on holiday.

Property was spotless. Very spacious and comfortable. Good, quiet location within 700m of town centre. Could do with more cutlery and extra 2 chairs around the dining table. It sleeps 8 people but only has 6 dining chairs. Had to bring in the outdoor setting bench inside to sit all of our group.

Family vacation
At first we were a little concerned as the property was on the opposite side of the highway to what we usually stay at but once we settled in we really enjoyed the tranquility of the street we were in. The house was neat and comfortable although internet connectivity would have been handy and access to laundry door and lounge door to patio would also have been more practical. 😊

Pleasant stay
Property was clean and spacious and located close to town, but on other side of main road. Bedrooms were a good size and comfortable. Large extra lounge room was great for somewhere for kids separate from main room. Disappointed the back yard was all gravel so kids couldn’t really play but there is a large open field over the road. Property also didn’t come with much in way of amenities, with no dishwashing and washing machine powder provided for a four night stay. Most annoying was the house had wifi but the owner refused to provide the password. Virtually all internet plans include unlimited data these days so not sure why this would be the case.
