My son & I were in town for baseball at the local university. I made a reservation for 2 nights before our arrival. Around 11 pm of the second & last night of our stay, I was sound asleep when my son & I heard somebody trying to get into our room. This person tried to enter our room several times when finally I went to the door & told whoever it was that they must have the wrong room. A woman answered me & apologized & said that she was given the key to MY room. I crawled back into bed frustrated that this happened, & tried to go back to sleep. Not 10 minutes later, the phone in my room started ringing. I answered the phone & it was the front desk calling me wanting my name & info & telling me that I was not supposed to be in that room & that they gave it to somebody else. I explained to him that I had reserved my room for 2 nights & the gentleman had confirmed that the night before. He obviously did not believe me & told me I could stay in the room that night but we would have to work things out the next morning. It took me 2 hours to get back to sleep that night, & I had to be up at 0600 the next morning. Come to find out, “somebody” at BW canceled my reservation. I barely got an apology for what happened. This was such an unsafe situation for me & my son. It was lucky that I had used the dead bolt to secure our room or we would have had somebody coming into our room in the middle of the night. I barely got an apology for what happened. I will never stay at BW again.

Hallway smelled of weed :-(
I had no problem with any of the staff at all, everyone was very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was less than desirable. When we arrived and was walking to our room the hallway smelt of weed, and when we got to our room, there was a stale smell in the room, which was unpleasant...and it was warm in the room. We tried to get the A/C to work with no luck. The next day we got the A/C to work for a few minutes but after that we were never able to get it to work again. We had to open the window to get fresh air. The toilet was weird, I have never known a toilet where the water would rise (looking like it's about to overflow) before flushing. The breakfast was good, nothing overly special, nothing negative. Overall, I most likely won't stay here again, the smell was just too much for me.

Only 2 issues, lack of directions to figure out access to all available TV channels, need more G type channels. In ADA unit there was no way to attach the shower nozzle to the adjustable height slider on the side. Had to hold it or keep it up high. Otherwise was nice facility and amenities.

Violet was fantastic at check-in & Natalie was fabulous at check-out! Our room was huge, clean & well appointed. The breakfast selections were wonderful! The only downside was that someone tried to break into our car at 4am. Thankfully, our car alarm scared them away ! Our room faced the parking lot so we were able to kill the alarm so everyone else in the hotel would not be awakened, too!

Great sized room. Older hotel, but has had an update/remodel. Clean and the beds were comfortable. Outside pool was nice. No hot tub. Check in was very fast and easy. Breakfast was decent. Really close to Bullwinkles and burgerville. Easy on/off the freeway. Only complaint, people upstairs too loud. We'd stay there again.

Great place! Only downside was they dont keep up with the food at the breakfast. Teas not stocked and slow to refill eggs and meat. Juice was too watery. Staff was real pleasant!

Location was perfect. Property is getting old and many chemicals are used to cover over smells. Appreciated a room that could fit my wife and three boys. Total we have 5. Very few hotels offer that.

The two gentlemen at the desk were really nice and helpful. We arrived very late and had a small issue about the keycard but they replaced it right away. The place was clean and just what we needed for a night of rest after getting off a flight.
