This place is a great deal and the suite was clean. The toiletrie soaps were better than Caesar’s Palace in Vegas and most of the staff were inviting and helpful. I’d love to make this chain my new go to for every city I visit. Overall, I actually didn’t want to leave, although this was only a 3 star hotel. Beware of the parking, the one room heating situation and the barely comfortable pull out bed. But look forward to being safe, feeling at home, and endless hot showers.

I had stated that the microwave turntable wasnt working at the desk and the stated that they couldnt fix it but i could use the microwave at the lower level but it was real inconvenient to go up and down to heat food

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. We needed to change rooms for proximity to elevator and dirty washcloths left behind. Staff fixed it right away. Our room looked clean and the bed was comfortable. But, because of the washcloth thing, four instead of five stars.
