Not one towel rack in the room. They really need some. They could put up a little ring thing for a hand towel by the sink. But there should be a towel rack in the bathroom. There’s one rack for a suitcase, but you really need another one because there’s no other place to put it other than on the bed which you are not supposed to do. A full length mirror somewhere would be helpful. Or at least one other mirror so two people could be using a mirror at the same time.

Excellent! My husband went on the Maine Honor Flight. We stayed there the night before and the night he flew back. Everything was so comfortable. Staff was accommodating to us. It was convenient to the airport. All was great

The front desk personnel was excellent. Room clean and comfortable and convenient for our travel itineraries, only 12 minutes from the downtown. I was surprised at an extra fee that was temporarily charged during the check-in to cover room damages. It was explained to me that the charge would be reversed after the checkout. It must have been a real problem for the hotel but it felt strange. So I made sure I checked the room and found a substantial damage on the side of the tv bureau that I reported to the front desk - I sure didn't want to pay for some previous guest's bad behavior. Two things I didn't like about the room was that the bathroom was small and there were a very tight door clearance to get in and out, and the sink was outside of the bathroom, which made for awkward experience. This was probably an very old room design.

When I called for a shuttle to pick me up at the airport, I waved the guy down. He passed me by. I called the front desk a second time and they said he was on the way so I told her I was at the baggage claim area so I assumed she called the driver and he was sitting down at the other end Not bothering to check if anybody was there or not

Just one suggestion…

My only suggestion, since there is only one entrance to the property, is to increase the “Enter” sign. We missed it twice and saw others who had to make a U turn. Otherwise, a good experience.

Very very close to the airport. Location was convenient, 20 minutes from portland ole town area and the portland lighthouse.Very clean hotel and Room.Staff very friendly and great customer service, no matter how late or early, i was treated like family. I will diffently stay here again
