Booked this for an overnight stay. Communication before hand to phone for the shuttle was explained very well. Pick up was nice and the check in was very quick. Area around the hotel had a couple fast food chain options as well as a pub and 24hours convenience store. Room was spacious and very clean. Bed was comfortable. Like most hotels, only down fall was the water pressure in the shower but not bad.

The location is convenient to the airport and within a few minutes from I-205. The facilities have recently been refreshed and the beds were comfortable for firm mattress sleepers. The property was relatively quiet when we stayed here. The room A/C was comfortable. The bathroom had all the required amenities. The downsides: tiny square pillows, already worn finishings (wallpaper, trim, lampshades, hardware fixtures) even after the recent refresh. Worst of all was the cigarette smoke smell which was specific to our area on the floor, as the main hall and entrance were fine. We were in room 201. When we walked in late at night and went right to sleep, it was slightly noticeable, but then whether it was due to the entrance being below our in-wall A/C unit or being located next to an outside stairwell, in the morning it constantly smelled like someone had been smoking in the room. Would recommend asking to move rooms if you are assigned this one and are sensitive to cigarette smoke.

It was a very convenient drive at 1:00am from airport. Friendly staff, good breakfast, clean and seemed recently update. Only issue was we were in front of ice maker so we could here it being used all night.

Just average place to stay. Upon check in staff member was not very friendly. They say the have RT airport shuttle but only runs 1x per hour. You are charged extra to leave your vehicle for a few days while away.

I chose this property quickly as my mom and I needed a reasonably priced place for a night until I could research a better place. When we arrived we were very surprised at the cleanliness of the hotel. The bathroom was updated, the room was very clean, cool and comfortable. We found great shopping nearby and the free breakfast the next morning sealed the deal and we decided to ask if we could spend the rest of our days in Portland at this lovely hotel. Trish was a great help and went out of her way to not only get us rooms on a sold out night, she gave us a great deal. Every morning brought us a different, delicious breakfast, hot coffee day or night and an easy to park home base for our shopping excursions. I WILL be back.
