The tap in the bathroom dripped all night, the remote for the TV was broken and there was someone else’s hair in the shower when I arrived. They also didn’t have cream cheese for the bagels which is weird but not a deal breaker.

Clean and comfortable for friends trip.
All the staff were friendly, the property was clean and mostly in good repair. Breakfast was limited, but adequate. Our only real issue was the pool/spa area. It seemed to be in need of maintenance. We wanted to use the pool, but there was some unidentifiable gelatinous substance floating in it. We tried skimming it out with the pool net, but we couldn't determine what it was. We decided to skip the pool and just used the spa. It was ok. I like that the toiletries are supplied in eco-conscious refillable units rather than thousands of tiny plastic bottles. Overall we had a great trip with friends and a comfortable 2 night stay.

Overall OK despite overly soft mattress.
The mattress in our room is overly soft compared to the hotels we have stayed. Despite The noise insulation, there is a low frequency hum noise from the road traffic of the nearby I-5, which doesn’t bother me that much, but others might find it annoying.

My 7yo and I stayed here after a concert. The staff was friendly, the process was easy, the pool and hot tub were decent. The air works so well and the bed was so cozy. Breakfast options weren't terrible. Would stay here again.

Like: Hotel was nice and clean. Dislike: My room was extremely noisy because of the highway. Needed earplugs because of truck traffic all night long. Do not stay on the side of the hotel facing the highway.
