Was somewhat concerned that the shuttle to the airport was not on time. It was supposed to leave at 6:20 and was 20 minutes late. That is the only negative thing i have to say about our stay. Otherwise, cleanliness, staff and amenities were great and the price was exceptionally good. We plan to stay again.

Hotel swapped room without notice.
Even though we had a paid reservation a month in advance for a King, our room was given away and we were downgraded to a queen without even telling us at time of registration. We were surprised to walk into a room with 2 queens. When spoke with the front desk, the last didn't offer anything except we had purchased through a 3rd party - Hotels.com - so no guarantee the room type we chose would be honored. A second clerk appeared when hubby became very upset. She offered a King suite which turned out to be in a very loud area.

Our stay was good! No complaints except for parking. It was a little confusing on where to park especially because it was past midnight when I was parking. I was able to speak to security who advised where the empty parking spaces were.

Many young people are hanging around the outside of the building and in the lobby area. I'm not sure if they are staying there or just finding a place to stay for free at night. I did not arrive until later in the evening and this was evident that there are a lot of potentially homeless or migrants that have been dropped off.
