The hotel was crowded and pretty dirty. We got on the elevator and the floor was wet and there was trash. Super gross. Also, the sink in the bathroom had almost no water pressure.

If you need to stay near the airport, this is fine. It’s clean, the staff are nice, and it’s a few minutes from PDX. However - our room wasn’t cleaned once over our four day stay, we called for towels twice and never received them, I went down three times for fresh towels and once was brushed off. Nothing is within walking distance, so if you’d like to see Portland or get a Portland feel - stay downtown.

Our stay was average at best. No issues with cleanliness or the staff. However, be prepared for a noisy stay being right next to the airport. One of our biggest grievances is we needed to pay for parking to stay there, I can understand all the people there for the conference that weren't staying overnight but not those actually staying. Finding a parking spot was ridiculous, there were some people that were just parking any old place not even in a spot because it was so crowded. Also our AC sounded like it was going to break any second and was incredibly loud. We talked to the front desk and the staff said they'd send someone up to look at, but I'm not sure they ever did since we went for supper and there was no improvement when we returned. The bed was extremely comfortable though and you can't beat the convenience of being so close to the airport. Overall you get what you pay for.

They were understaffed when we arrived, the check in line was long and the guy seemed tired, he pushed through and was friendly but I’m sure he could have used some help.

The shower was backing up, ot took several hours to get some help. No maid service while we were there, ie no clean towels no coffee . I paid for parking and had to park in the driveway. Parking was over sold.

Pros: Place was clean, rooms looked at as expected. They had dove brand toiletries not cheap stuff other hotels have. Check in is pretty fast and never had trouble with keys deactivating which has happened in other hotels before. Convenient location, good for price. Cons: Parking was very limited, had to park very far from the entrance and there was no lighting. Also there was an option to text the hotel but they would over 5 hours to respond. There was usually only 1 person at the front desk with a huge line so it was pretty hard to get help.

Great place to stay if you have an early flight in the morning! Make sure to reserve the shuttle as soon as you get there so there will be room for you to get on. We had to wait about an hour for our shuttle to pick us up from airport.
