While we want our guests to enjoy themselves in our home, we must ask that they respect fellow tenants and neighbors around them and avoid causing any loud disturbances, specifically between the hours of 10pm-7am.

Late check-out fees are as follows: $50 for the first hour, $100 for two hours, and $500 for any extended time.
These fees ensure fair compensation for our cleaners or any subsequent guests affected by delays. If you need a late checkout, please inquire in advance. Depending on upcoming bookings, we might accommodate you, though a fee might still apply.
Extra Guests: If more guests than permitted are found at the property, we reserve the right to deny entry based on policies. Extra guests will be treated as trespassers. An additional fee of $50/night per extra guest may apply, or we might request that you vacate the property.

The entrance of the home will be a shared space with the owner of the home. We have a studio space in the lower part of the home that is sometimes used for the owner to teach music lessons. The actual space that guests will be staying in is located up the stairs from the studio and is separated by a wooden bifurcation at the top. We will never go up the stairs into the guest space so the home itself is entirely private!

**The steps leading up to the third floor are very steep and may not be suitable for the eldery.
