I wasn't quite sure what to expect with this hotel given that it was cheaper and with no parking fees, as compared to other hotels in the area. I was in a 1 bedroom suite and was very pleasantly surprised. The space was clean and spacious. It is an old apartment building so there are some retro aspects in the tiles of the kitchen and bathroom, but things all worked well. There were more perks with this room than with many other - water, oatmeal packets for breakfast, cookies and apples in the lobby. I also had an unexpected Expedia credit, which allowed me to get some additional snacks from their little store. The space more than met my needs and I would stay again.

My stay was amazing! Didn’t have a single issue with parking! I was a little scared since it was a tight area but even after spending a full day in Seattle I came back at 10pm and there was still parking! Very friendly staff and felt safe the entire stay! Even had a surprise room upgrade when I checked in. Received my deposit back the same day too! I’ll be staying here everytime I visit Portland!

The queen rooms which are the most affordable are in a motel section. I find it perfectly adequate. A very nice helpful staff, comfortable bed, good coffee in the room, good TV and walkable to Nob Hill and Alphabet district shops and restaurants.

This is the perfect place to stay for an extended trip. We had to stay 5 nights and I loved having the kitchen. It was well equipped. We had a 2 bedroom apartment and it was so nice to have that space. We enjoyed the fresh baked cookies each day in the lobby. All staff at the front desk we interacted with were so kind and helpful. This will be my new go to place for our Portland stays.
