The queen rooms which are the most affordable are in a motel section. I find it perfectly adequate. A very nice helpful staff, comfortable bed, good coffee in the room, good TV and walkable to Nob Hill and Alphabet district shops and restaurants.

This is the perfect place to stay for an extended trip. We had to stay 5 nights and I loved having the kitchen. It was well equipped. We had a 2 bedroom apartment and it was so nice to have that space. We enjoyed the fresh baked cookies each day in the lobby. All staff at the front desk we interacted with were so kind and helpful. This will be my new go to place for our Portland stays.

There were multiple HAIRS on the sheets and pillows - as if they weren't changed from the previous guest. We arrived from a late flight and there was no longer ANY housekeeping available at that hour so we had to ask for extra sheets and changed the beddings ourselves at 1:00am instead of just resting already.
