I absolutely Loved that the hotel had no carpet but that they thoughtfully provided slippers for each guest. The bathroom was large and very clean. Bed was comfortable and clean. Simple and minimalist decor, price was reasonable and the location was wonderfully located and easily walkable to transit stations.

Best hotel in this price range. I've stayed here many times in Portland and it's situated in a great spot for walkability, bars, restaurants, Timbers matches, and really anything happening in Portland.

We enjoyed our 3 night stay. The front desk crew were very friendly and helpful at all hours of the day. We really liked the easy walk to grocery shopping and other stores and eateries.

Perfect for Prov Stadium
I was in town for a rugby event at Providence Park & so was perfectly placed to walk to the stadium. That was the main draw -- location. I had a queen room in the inn (across the street from the suites and reception) and had everything I needed, including shower slippers, which I really appreciated. I loved that reception had cookies all day long & that they let me park in the lot after I checked out (and thus didn't have to bother with the stadium parking). I would definitely return and recommend.

Walking to Powell's bookstore, or go to Thorns game , at winter dark evening, portland is grittier than I would think, but it all dissolved in the daylight. Location wise it's forte.

Friendly staff, free parking always a plus. Rooms looked recently updated and neighborhood was quiet at night. My only issue was there was a bit of hair in the bed sheets and shower but the great location and other pros would make me consider staying here again.

I decided to try one of their suites and was pleased with the roomy living room, full kitchen, large bathroom and comfy bed. Blackout curtains helped and I appreciate the black makeup washcloth.

Easy, clean, quiet and economical. The parking lot on the Suites side sucks though. The stalls are way way way too narrow (and people don’t know how to park straight). They should repaint the stalls to allow for more space bc you will get dinged. I parked across the street at the Inn side to avoid the stress.
