We have cribs, high chairs, toys, games, and other children's items throughout this home so your whole family will feel welcome.

This house is a side -by- side townhouse- style duplex. You are renting a whole house- 5 bedrooms, 4 baths, and 2 kitchens over 3 inter-connected floors. Noise doesn't generally transfer to the other whole house next door, and you'll have your privacy. We have found that for planning purposes, a detailed layout outline (below) is helpful.

✺ The Ginkgo Suite: Upper-level Master Ensuite: King-sized bed, TV, and a private, ensuite bathroom with a shower. Cribs are available, upon request.
✺ Starlight Room: Upper-level Twins' Room: 2 twin beds, adjacent to the upper-level hall bathroom with shower and bathtub.
✺ Blue Rain Room: Main-level King Bedroom: King-sized bed and access to Homer's Hideaway Bathroom. This is the only bedroom on this main floor (which also houses the living room/kitchen/dining level)
✺ Street-level King Bedroom: King-sized bed, TV, and access to this lower-level hallway bathroom.
✺ Street-level Twins' Room: 2 twin beds, shares a bathroom with the lower-level King bedroom.
★ Accessibility ★ The lower level entrance is at street level. No Stairs to get inside. The whole street level is non -carpeted, and there are two bedrooms and a full bathroom with bath/shower combo

✹Often booking a large home with multiple parties requires a bit more diligence and attention due to multiple parties. VRBO strongly recommends we use the platform for all communication. Yet, due to the differing needs and complexities, I share the rental information/ welcome letter via email because it’s formatted for readability and its ease in forwarding. My guests really appreciate this system, especially if they arrive prior to the booker.

It will already be reflected in your quote that each guest over the base rate of 8, incurs an additional $25/each night of the reservation.

Check-in after 4:30 PM. Check out by 10:30AM. It takes time to make sure the cleans are thorough for every group.
✹Our cleaner uses UNSCENTED/natural products for your comfort. We supply laundry pods, also.
