The office is a couple hundred feet away from the facility and across the road. The room was clean but outdated. Handle on the toilet tank was not working. I got the impression that building Maintenance is very poor.

The room was clean, no odors or smells, bed was perfectly made, comfortable. Overall the room was excellent for the price. Bathroom is a little dated but everything worked and it too was clean. Parking was convenient, right in front of the room Overall, very pleasantly surprised and very satisfied with my stay.

Stay! FAR AWAY from here.
Absolutely TERRIBLE. I stayed here with my 2 year old on a trip to visit family. Had he not fallen asleep after I brought our stuff up, we’d have been leaving immediately. It looked cute and clean from the photos- my experience was the opposite and they were entirely unhelpful. I’ll preface this by saying it is a motel, so the door goes directly to the outside. The door did not latch tightly, even when deadbolted was able to be shaken audibly and easily, and you could physically see outside. The door casing has been clearly broken previously and was just screwed back to the wall. There was nicotine staining on the bathroom walls though my room was a non-smoking room. There were people standing at our door until 2 am, smoking both pot and cigarettes which ultimately infiltrated our room (remember, we could see outside around the door.) They were yelling, fighting, slamming doors, hitting walls. I tried to contact them via phone and it kept disconnecting mid-call. When it stopped, I was relieved, only to realize that it was 2 am and I was not going to get much sleep. At checkout, I was stripping the bed and realized that there were blood stains on the mattress cover. I dared not to lift the cover and see what the actual mattress looked like. When I dropped our room keys off, the front desk staff was outside and didn’t bother addressing me until I was getting back in my car, to which I was asked “did you drop your keys off?”

Not usually reviewing, but since I've seen plenty of poor reviews, I just have to say that for the 3 nights we spent, noise was not an issue. The facility was not tip top shape, but the room was clean, electronics were working. Didn't try the pool though
