Love all the dogs. The stately and well maintained historic atmosphere, the quiet (post Labor Day) and the excellent lobster bake. Did not like the lack of elevators, I have bad knees and climing stairs with luggage is difficult for me. I was surprised not to have a TV in the room in this day and age. We would come back for sure.

Enjoyed the location of this older resort. The room was hot without a/c, the phone did not work, and it lacked modern amenities. But again, the location was perfect for a fun time in Kennebunkport!!

The newly renovated rooms were very clean, spacious & easily accessible from the parking lot. The pool and area grounds were inviting & the views were amazing. It’s about a 15-20 min walk to town where there are many shops & restaurants. Boating, fishing, biking and other outdoor activities were easy to organize. Great family resort and VERY dog friendly!

I hesitated after making my reservation when I realized there was no AC or television, almost canceled. So glad I didn’t. I was on a girls trip with 3 friends which makes it difficult to please everyone. However as soon as we entered the lobby and made our way to our room #217 much to my surprise everyone was overjoyed. It was perfect ! Hope to visit again soon.
