The Loacation is Amazing!
The loacation is amazing! Nice hotel and the bed was very comfortable. That said, they definately have room for improvement. Breakfast area was very disorganized and the employees appreared very overwhelmed. And the layout of our room was much different than the photos online and did not make sense. The TV block our amazing view of the river, which was very disappointing.

Perda abrupta de qualidade em pouquíssimo tempo
Infelizmente, por não ser a primeira estadia da família no hotel, tivemos um paradigma de como, em pouco tempo, sem decréscimo de qualquer valor na estadia, a qualidade dos serviços e das instalações precarizou-se. A qualidade do café da manhã decaiu bastante, não mais estando à altura da expectativa gerada pelo hotel. Faltam produtos básicos e, para horários mais tardios, percebe-se até a dificuldade de reposição de itens. Nos quartos, sabonetes e shampoos claramente perderam qualidade, ainda que o dispensador sugira ser o mesmo produto de antes. Para uma família de quatro pessoas, o quarto dispunha, inicialmente, de duas toalhas de banho e apenas dois rolos de papel higiênico. Para completar, a manutenção do hotel, mesmo sendo uma estrutura relativamente nova, já deixa a desejar, usando como exemplo estar o vaso sanitário solto e o marco da porta do quarto ter despencado abruptamente em determinado momento da estadia, quase atingindo um de nossos filhos. Ressalvo o esforço e a cordialidade da equipe de funcionários, que claramente tenta contornar as limitações da estrutura que está sendo ofertada aos hóspedes.

O quarto é pequeno, especialmente considerando o valor, em uma cidade bem pouco turística. Mas o mais lamentável foi o estacionamentom. Me cobraram exorbitantes 95 reais pelo pernoite, dizendo que era serviço 24h, e que bastava eu ligar quando saísse do quarto que meu carro estaria me esperando. Pois liguei, e ao chegar no lobby, esperei quase 15 min pelo carro. Lamentável.

Decepção
Esta foi a quinta hospedagem, com minha família, desde a inauguração do Hotel. Sempre houve uma recepção digna do nível do hotel, porém, desta vez, deixaram muito à desejar. Primeiro na recepção quando chega-se de carro, NÃO havia ninguém para recepcionar, nem manobrista, muito menos alguém para ajudar nas bagagens. Eu mesmo tive que buscar um carrinho para as malas, descarregar e levar até o quarto. Ninguém me ajudou. Segundo, na recepção do hotel, que sempre foram tão prestativos, oferecendo um maravilho cookie. Desta vez, nem um chazinho. Realmente foi uma decepção desta vez.
