Great beds and rooms. Buffet breakfast was amazing. Super convenient to grocery stores and the marathon (which is why we stayed there) and handy for buses downtown. Pool was outstanding with ocean view. Good value!
The loacation is amazing! Nice hotel and the bed was very comfortable. That said, they definately have room for improvement. Breakfast area was very disorganized and the employees appreared very overwhelmed. And the layout of our room was much different than the photos online and did not make sense. The TV block our amazing view of the river, which was very disappointing.

O hotel é bonito, os quartos são completos e o atendimento é bom, mas fiquei com a sensação de que os espaços e equipe não são suficientes para o numero de hospedes.
O checkin foi demorado. No café da manhã, não tinha mesa disponivel e tivemos que sentar do lado de fora no calor, demoraram para colocar a mesa para nós (nao havia guardanapos nem talheres disponíveis no buffet, apenas nas mesas) e não nos ajudaram a abrir o guarda-sol para que pudessemos ao menos comer na sombra (não é possível fazer isso sozinhos).
Decepcionada, foi minha 2 vez. Diferente da primeira ficamos indignados com a falta de funcionários e os poucos que tinha, super despreparados. Não tinha manobrista e segurança na porta, não tinha maleiro para pegar as malas, ficamos 40 min para levarem a mala e não levaram, tivemos que voltar pegar. no café estavam fazendo só 2 opções do cardápio. Quando estava esperando o táxi começou a chover e o homem é que estava na recepção estava de papo com outros colegas e nem aí para os hóspedes se molhando, eu tive que pedir a gentileza de me alcançar um guarda-chuva… quando ele pegou era um guarda-chuva todo quebrado. Tanto no meu checkin quanto no checkout tinham pessoas reclamando. A piscina é gélida. Apesar da estrutura boa e aconchegante percebe-se claramente falta de funcionários e pessoal treinado. Infelizmente quem sai prejudicado é o hóspede que paga uma diária cara para um padrão Hilton e se decepciona.
Piscina estava suja, verde e com lodo no fundo e na lateral . Ao redor da piscina piso todo arrancado e com lixo . Qdo chegamos não tinha ninguém para estacionar o carro ou orientar para estacionar ou acessar hotel pelo shoping. Uma confusão . Checkout mais confuso ainda .
