Precisa melhorar.
Já tinha me hospedado anteriormente no hotel e decidi retornar devido localização. Infelizmente apesar de ter escolhido um quarto com um valor mais elevado para maior conforto e comodidades quando cheguei fui informado de que eu ficaria em um quarto adaptado. Até então tudo bem, porém quando chego no quarto existe uma porta que divide dois quartos ( até então tudo bem por ser adaptado e usado por famílias), porém a porta que comunicava com o meu estava aberta e o outro quarto todo sujo com restos de caixas de pizza , eu não sabendo se o quarto estaria ocupado ou não. Retornei à recepção para informar e solicitar que a porta de comunicação fosse trancada. Quarto apesar de grande e por adaptado a cama era mais baixa, banheiro com apenas cortinas no box. O café da manhã respeita os padrões das redes de hotéis apesar de ter uma variedade muito pequena. Outra situação que o café da manhã como em todas as outras vezes que me hospedei tinha início as 6 da manhã. Em um dos dias quando chego para o café sou barrado sendo informado de que o café começava somente as 6:30 ( a hora depende do dia?) mudando a minha programação de trabalho que começaria as 7:30. Minha hospedagem foi bem inferior a da primeira vez...parecia que eu estava em outro hotel do ponto de vista negativo.

Pedi um late check out e o atd disse que nao podia estava tudo lotado. Entrei no site e tive que comprar mais uma hospedagem inteira para ficar mais algumas horas. Na hora do check out depois de algumas horas a moça da recepcao me disse que bastava pedir.
