Villa of the 50 of great charm, just 50 meters from the sea. The building stands on land 10 meters above the Porto Azzurro / Portoferraio provincial road, facing the Gulf of Mola.
Our guests will have two 2 + 1 Kayaks available (each Kayak can be brought by two adults + one child). You will have the exclusive opportunity to live a few days in direct contact with the sea without having to resort to the car.
So you can
° Reach equipped beaches (with establishments and bars) and wild beaches (with access only from the sea)
° Do sports in the gulf on which the villa overlooks
° Organize excursions with the possibility of bringing with you the necessary for a packed lunch (using the waterproof bag provided)
They are particularly easy to use, stable and unsinkable boats.
The position of the villa near the beach makes it easy to use the vehicles. Transportation from the house is facilitated by a hand trolley provided. (in less than 5 minutes you can bring the Kayak from the house to the sea)
Each kayak welcomes two adults (who will paddle) plus a central place for the transport of a child / boy (without a paddle).
In addition, the kayaks have a waterproof storage compartment and a waterproof bag. The equipment of each vehicle is equipped with two life jackets plus one for each child.
The kayaks will be made available, free of charge, only to guests who have requested them BEFORE ARRIVING.
The use of the kayaks is subject to the payment of a DEPOSIT of € 300 upon arrival.
The villa is in the territory of the Tuscan Archipelago National Park, surrounded by a private garden of Mediterranean scrub; century-old pine trees, olive trees, eucalyptus trees, oleanders, palm trees, prickly pears, rosemary, almond and strawberry trees ..
In season the flowering of a luxuriant bougainvillea covers the main facade of the villa.
Wood, terracotta floors, period furnishings and lots of light characterize the property 's experienced interiors. The villa consists of 4 bedrooms, 3 of which are large double bedrooms and one with a bunk bed, suitable for children. On request, you can add a bed in one of the double rooms, thus increasing the capacity to nine people -
- Each bedroom is equipped with individual air conditioning. A characteristic wooden window occupies the entire wall of the living room and offers an extraordinary view of the bay of Mola. On the veranda, a solid wooden table for 12 people overlooking the gulf below will welcome you in your evenings.
The kitchen is independent, with induction hob and fully equipped.
In the garden you can relax on the deck chairs in the shade of the pine trees, cook at the barbeque or simply enjoy the sea view.
The fig tree hides an outdoor shower.
The beach of Mola, immediately in front of the villa, can be reached by crossing the provincial road on foot, but is not suitable for swimming due to posidonia on the seabed; moreover, a section of the beach below houses a factory equipped for dogs and their owners.
Boat owners will be able to safely moor a boat in the bay, right in front of the house, in a guarded Campo Boe.
The villa is not in an isolated position, but in the Residential Area of ​​Mola, which develops along the provincial road Porto Azzurro / Portoferraio, facing the bay of Mola, between villas, private houses, residences and hotels.
The services and comforts offered by this Residential Area are many. Five minutes are enough to reach the most beautiful sandy beaches, some with bar and restaurant service, others quieter, Lido di Capoliveri, Zuccale, Barabarca, Norsi, Felciaio, or Aquarilli, the only authorized naturist beach in Elba.
The road below connects, a few hundred meters away, all services: Supermarket, local vegetable stalls, petrol station, bank, fish market, bars, pizzeria and restaurants. In Porto Azzurro it is possible to buy fresh fish directly from the fishing boat on the quay. In addition, the strategic position guarantees safety in all circumstances. Police station, emergency room, hospital, medical guard, firefighters and veterinarian. It is advisable to know that, depending on the season and time, the passage of cars can be heard from the street.
Pets are allowed up to a maximum of two, with a cleaning supplement of €20 per pet per week. the garden is not fenced.
The rental price includes water and electricity consumption, bed linen and towels (individual sets of three towels) supplied in sterilized packages, with weekly change.
the consumption of air conditioning and heating is included up to a maximum of 30 Kw per week. Any excess consumption will be charged at check out, at a cost of €. 0.8 / Kw.
Any guest over eight people will pay a supplement of €. 30 per day.
Agreements with selected restaurants. Possibility of sailing trips, diving and freediving, rental of motor boats, cultural visits on the tracks of Napoleon, scooter and bike rental, food and wine tours, golf, trekking.

TIMETABLES: check in is from 16 (4 o.m.) check out at 11. For check-in after 21 (9 pm) a supplement of € 30 is required.
GROUPS children admitted over the age of 24.
DEPOSIT: € 400 to be paid in cash at check-in.
