The hotel's location is ideal, being just a short walk from the metro station, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms were immaculately clean, and the attention to detail was impressive. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional customer service. The staff were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend the Eurostars Porto Centro to anyone looking for a convenient, clean, and comfortable place to stay in Porto.

We were not on the same floor as we have requested few months back. One of our friends got room where you go in elevator with luggage and then you have to climb 6 steps with big bags. We requested but they didn’t do anything and no help with luggage. My friend Biscuitwala was coming down with her luggage she fell down on steps. Very poor customer care.
