Perfect!
This beautifully appointed apartment was the perfect place to stay in Porto. Upon arrival, we were a little nervous because the street looked a little sketchy at night. We parked in a parking garage and found the check in office. The woman who checked us in was fantastic. She gave us a map and a lot of good tips. The apartment itself was great and had everything we needed for a 3 day stay. Once we went out, we realized that we were within walking distance of everything we needed. We loved our stay here and would highly recommend it.

The ladies in the front office were very friendly and helpful. After a long day of travelling, we had difficulty finding the parking garage. It is a very busy one-way street with several garage type doors, hard to see street numbers. One lady came outside of the office to direct us, and helped with luggage. We were in apartment "Blue Topaz" facing the back courtyard. There is no traffic noise, very quiet. The little apartment is nicely decorated with high end appliances. We had difficulty operating the counter top, two burner stove. Again one of the reception ladies came and showed us how the stove works. There is a cupboard unit with a rod for clothes;however only a few hangers. It would be nice to have at least 10 hangers, five for each of us, and perhaps a small dresser to actually put clothes into drawers. I felt I was living out of my suit case as it was on the floor. My only complaint! Balhao Market is a five minute walk away. I got spoiled having fresh bread, pastries, fruit and veggies. We also bought large cooked shrimp which were delicious. The historical sights and Ribeira waterfront are within walking distance and we are 70 seniors. There are many restaurants in tte area. All in all, it was a great choice for us for our stay in Porto. PS we would suggest a rool of paper towel for the kitchrb

The location was great but the sofa bed was very squeaky and the room temperature was extremely cold even with the heaters on, they should provide extra blankets. The apartment itself was confortable because it had room to cook.

The room was nice overall. Building does not have an elevator which I'm not sure if that is mentioned. Had problems with the heater, upstairs was always warmer than downstairs. Building shakes on occasion, not sure if that is from the construction sites around the city using dynamite underground or from the buses or trucks driving by. Asked how often someone comes in to pickup trash and replace towels upon check-in and was told every 4 days, we were there 6 nights and no one came in to get our trash or replace the towels, very disappointed and mainly for the lower score. Office did assist with us purchasing a hop on hop off tour and provided a map of the city upon check-in but had to ask for it.

The Hotel was nice and comfortable. I had a bad flu and the room had very little heat and upstairs noise from people above did not help at nights. I would have moved if my friends were not staying there.

Loved Porto and this location is great.
Great location. Room at back of property overlooking a garden. No road noise. You can hear people in the stairway and room above. Property clean and tidy. Nice big bath towels. Kitchen area adequate if you want to use.

Ignore the cancellation policy, you get charged
The location is very good and the apartment is clean and well maintained. We contacted the agent to change the reservation before the deadline because our flight was cancelled, however we were charged. The cancellation policy was not respected.
