Centrally located a block from the boardwalk, the hotel is safe and quiet. The owner was very pleasant and accommodating.

Pictures actually match !
Finally a hotel whose pictures match what is there! Room exceeded expectations by smelling good, comfortable beds, easy parking and lots of space. We had a 9 YO and a 2 YO with a pack and play. There was so much room! Quick walk to everything. We will be back.

Loved room 18!
The staff was super nice. Easy check it. Room was super updated and spotless. Cute kitchen but we never got the opportunity to use it. Walking distance to all the fun in Hampton Beach. Great spot for a weekend trip. Would stay there again!

We liked the location of this hotel and the ability to walk to the beach. We appreciated on-site parking. The light switches on the walls need to be fixed. The room was very bright overnight even with shades closed from the lights outside our room. Maybe add another layer of shade.

My door was falling apart. I could have taken the panel out very easily. There were also big gaps on the top and bottom of the door. The drapes were too small for the window so whenever someone walked in front of our room we saw their shadow. There was wood and moulding missing around the tv. The only positive thing is the proximity to the casino.

It looked like the room had just been redone, was pleasantly painted, so close to the beach and the Casino Ballroom where we were going to see a concert! The manager said the room had been done two years ago, but still looks so fresh! He was very kind and friendly as was the staff who checked us in. The room had a FULL KITCHEN! If you stay more than a few days, bring pots, pans, dishes and groceries! Very nice place!
