The hotel is a new, good service, parking and location. Breakfast was included and fair for the price. The TV could have more options. I will return on my next trips to Pouso Alegre.

péssima, a cama está em processo de falência, impossível dormir lá, a cortina não realiza nenhuma ação para escurecer o quarto, as toalhas de peleja, fui jantar na parte externa do restaurante e os pernilongos quase que me carregaram, comprei um aparelho de barbear, por apenas R$18,00 (de péssima qualidade), resumindo, arrependimento de ter hospedado em tal lugar.

Dificuldade com o estacionamento. Além de ter menos vagas que o número de quartos, obrigando os hóspedes a estacionar fora da área do hotel e próximo a rodovia; existem hóspedes que não respeitam as vagas demarcadas e ocupam duas vagas. Nos dias de maior movimento, no período noturno, o hotel deveria ter um funcionário fiscalizando o estacionamento e orientando os hóspedes a estacionarem corretamente.
