Nice location, comfortable beds. Didn't like the caharge for each persons over double occupancy. It is a three bedroom chalet. To charge for extra persons is a rip off.

Absolutely beautiful location - not too far away from civilisation, but quiet enough to make you feel a hundred miles away. I stayed in 9-1 and the view was divine, and it felt super cozy, and it was great having a kitchen - stock up in Powell river - but my only complaint is how loud it is staying underneath someone. Even them just walking around felt like an earthquake (when they walked up the stairs it was even worse!), and I could hear all their conversations as if I were in there myself - so if you are a light sleeper like myself, don’t take a bottom floor for sure. Otherwise, absolutely fantastic place to stay, and I would be more than happy to return!

A cabin, actually.
Facilities are on gravel road. Felt very remote in late April. No office staff when we arrived; friendly groundskeeper filled in best she could.... Cabin was down very steep steps, but footing was good (but dry conditions).... Cabin is very Spartan... Kitchen very functional.... Those room signs: "...if you don't obey you will be charged,,,".... Beautiful view of water, where not obstructed by trees.... Local restaurant/bar was closed.... So empty and quiet it bordered on spooky; more like camping, actually. (BTW, we are not city-slickers; we live in the country in forest). Might be great for a large fishing party, say. Good dock.

Wonderful
The highlight for us was taking the free Kayaks and watching the Sea lions and the jelly fish. An amazing nature preserve.

We have hard time find the room in the dark! We have trouble find the path. They should put number on trail and light pole. We are so exhausted from long driving and little sleepy.

Unique chalets with view
We loved the 2 story chalet, the craftmanship and wood work. An amazing view of the ocean strait. It was perfect for kayaking-we launched from the property! Having the amazing Laughing Oyster restaurant close by was a bonus.. I didn't want to leave. My husband hated the light shades... they destroyed the ambiance. We loved the wildness of it and being off grid.

OK accommodation in a great location
Our room had a limited view because of trees (and I thought all rooms had views) and was below another suite. The noise transfer and shaking from movement above was quite annoying. I would avoid a stacked unit in future. Yes I would recommend this place, but not sure there are many options in the immediate area. Nice they offer free plastic kayaks and canoes for exploring the Arm, and the Sun Coast Trail is very close by.

Quiet place to relax.
The resort is absolutely fantastic. It's clean and isolated. We stayed in 8-1 and had no one above us so what's absolutely ideal with an amazing view of the water. Use of kayaks with paddles and life jackets was a welcome addition. Staff are friendly and the resort is well looked after. If you are looking for a peace and quiet this is the place for you.

Beautiful view of Okeover Inlet
We have the best chalet at the site. It was right at the water's edge. There were lots of windows to frame the beautiful view. However, the rooms were a bit dated. Some upgrading in the decor and improvement of beddings and towels would be nice. Overall, it's at a beautiful and tranquil setting.

My confirmed reservations were not honored
After a 10 hour commute, I was met by a smirking giggling horrible woman who said your reservations were cancelled, no apology. On my confirmation from Expedia it said confirmed reservation, no need to reconfirm.????

Nice apt overlooking the beach.
We were pleasantly surprised by the accommodations since we could find no others in the area. We were not advised about not being able to have children in our building (2 such on property) which was disappointing because we were in the area to visit grandchildren. A little more information would have been helpful. The weather was OK, but could have been better.

Very nice hotel
If you are into exploring wilderness and having excellent level of comfort living, this hotel is for you. We enjoyed every minute of stay there. Close to the beach, kayaking rental is 3km away (be prepared for dusty road), Desolation Sound Park - Grace Harbour is about 2 hours away by kayak.

True get-away from everything
The cabins look over the water, and the setting is quiet and peaceful. You'll need to stop in Powell River or Sechelt and get your food, bread, milk, coffee, filters, creamer, popcorn, sandwich makings etc. While you are in Powell River, pop up to Joyce Avenue and get gas at the 7-11, there really isn't a station in Lund. They have a full kitchen with all the tools you'll need to cook, and nice dishes to eat on. You will be doing all your own dishes by hand, no dishwasher. There is a great restaurant right down the road that serves one of the best dinners I've had travelling - Laughing Oyster. You'll have to walk from your parked car down to your chalet, so I would say that it is not handicap accessible. There is no cell service, most of the time, but there is a weak resort internet that you can access and do Skype or similar. There is no TV or other entertainment, unless it is already on your laptop or tablet, then you are good. Fully electric with big dinning tables and comfortable sofas. If your idea of vacation is just sitting on a deck, talking, barbequing, reading, and writing, or playing cards is what you long for, then this is perfect. The chalets are well appointed, and comfortable for a retreat. There are no curtains on the windows that face the lake, so if you aren't use to an open house it might feel weird. There are curtains in the bedroom. There were temperature controls for every room. There is a shortage of activities, if that is important.
