Very clean, upscale hotel within walking distance of several major attractions in Old Town Prague. There are also several restaurants nearby, and we loved their free breakfast buffet. It was one of the best we've had on our trip in Europe.

Myself and family recently stayed at a deluxe 1-bedroom, 1-hall apartment that included 1 full bath and 1 half bath, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The customer service at this establishment is truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly, accommodating, and eager to assist with any request. They made me feel welcome and valued throughout my stay. The apartment itself was spacious and immaculately clean. The entire building had a brand-new feel to it. Safety was clearly a priority, which added to the peace of mind during my stay. Bathrooms were spacious, spotless, and stocked with quality toiletries. It felt luxurious and was maintained impeccably. Enjoyed a delicious breakfast, the quality of food was great. Daily room cleaning ensured that the apartment remained pristine throughout my stay, which I greatly appreciated. Overall, this accommodation is perfect for families. This hotel is a hidden jem. It is in the middle of residential neighbourhood with big windows, and lots of natural lights. However, noise is one thing that I give it 4 stars because our room is in the corner of the street surrounded by restaurants and bars. It can get noisy at night till very early in the morning like 4am. No wonder the hotel installed two layers of windows.
