We loved everything about the hotel except the tiny tiny shower that was barely big enough for a child, let alone a grown adult. I hit the shower water faucet a few times with my arm because it was on the different wall than the actual shower holder and thus totally in the way. If the shower would be bigger, I would have given the hotel 5 stars.

Excellent location. Nice, clean, big rooms. Amazing atmosphere and very friendly staff. Really good breakfast. we also had a meal in the evening and food was very nicely done, very tasty.

Lovely hotel
Beautiful room & in the center of old town. The family room was quite spacious. Very close to the clock. Easy walk to the bridge. I really appreciated that they let us check in early since we were so tired from travel. I was very confused though that they asked which building I was staying in. I'm not sure what the other building is. I stayed at the one attached to the fat cat cafe. My only recommendation is to change the door knobs so you can leave without locking someone in the room. I get up earlier than my family and had to lock them in to do a walk. The staff at the restaurant/bar attached were very nice. It was nice to be able to go there, especially on the last day when we were exhausted from all our sight seeing.

I like that there is a restaurant called Fat Cat, the foods were delicious. The staffs were very nice. My room is in side B which doesn't have an elevator but staff helped brought my luggage on the 3rd floor. The room is very clean and quiet. It is also closed to everything & most important things is the hotel surrounding are very safe.

Pros * close proximity to the old town * walking distance to many attractions and metro * comfortable and spacious room with air conditioning Cons * Rude and unwelcoming receptionist(young male staff). Had a very negative attitude and felt like we are trying to stay at this property for free. The management should give some training on customer service and basic etiquettes to this employee

Amazing staff! It also has a great restaurant called Fat Cat at the first floor. You can walk to Prague’s Old Town Square in less than five minutes. Rooms are very clean and organized with air conditioning. Staff is very helpful and are always willing to answer your questions and/or doubts. Even though it is located at the center, you will not be disturbed by noise during nights. If you’re reading this review, don’t hesitate to stay at this hotel.
