The hotel exceeded our expectations. The breakfast buffet has a vast selection of czech food and it's included by the way. It's also about location,location. If ever I'll go back to Prague i will surely stay there again.

The location was excellent. Convenient to shopping attractions and eateries. The room didnt have a lock in the bathroom, ceiling showed signs of leak, carpet had spots. There was constant disturbance of drilling, and hammering. Bathroom was extremely congested and had a weird object that looked like a little toilet in addition to the big toilette. The staff was very friendly, breakfast was fresh, delicious and had great selection. There was street parking which we had to pay to the city for. the streets were very narrow so we were concerned about the car being left out. walkable to all main attraction.

Just returned from 3 nights in this hotel, 4th-7th December. Hotel and facilities were excellent, room was spacious and immaculate, and in a great location. Reception and housekeeping staff were very helpful. Breakfast was lovely, a buffet with a selection of hot and cold food, cereals and pastries, coffees and fruit juices. Couldn’t fault this hotel, would definitely stay here again.

This is a nice hotel located in the Old Town within walking distance from the Charles Bridge. Staff is very friendly. The breakfast is excellent. Very good for the family.

Not much I did like. Never left a review, so goes to show how horrible this place is. Waited 5 hours for my room before they told me no rooms were available and sent me to a whole other hotel. There they proceeded to give me a smaller room with less beds. I asked both the front desks and explained my problems with this whole situation and the only thing they did was pay for the $3 taxi I had to take to the other hotel because they were booked. Worst customer experience, especially for a hotel, almost laughable it was real.

Receptionist especially the one with a nose pierce is not very friendly and doesn’t know how to speak to the customer properly.When I asked if it’s ok to check in she told us ,come back later,.its too early.The others were okay,staff needs to smile and speak or greet their guests.

Great location. Good amenities. Clean but a bit dated. Staff are friendly and helpful but need some basic office organizational training to better communicate with each other and guests. Be prepared to manage your expectations as the building is older and may not be able to meet certain immediate guest needs. We arrived mid September during an unexpected cold rain storm. We were told building heating starts in October and were offered blankets. It all worked out though and all in all, we had an enjoyable stay.

Awesome!
It is an old hotel but very well keep! Rooms was spacious, very comfortable beds, bed sheets were new and crispy, room came with a kitchenette. Location was excellent . Breakfast was included in the menu, and it was very good full buffet, a lots of variety and excellent food . Family trip a party of 4
