When we got there, they gave us someone else's room. The first night, we kept waking up from the heat as the air conditioning could not keep up to the demand in that part of the hotel. They changed our room the next day instead of trying to fix it. When they moved our belongings, the threw out all of our refrigerated goods. When we gave them the bill, they paid it but were not happy that we replenished our water. The last room was much better, but the sink did not retain water well, so it leaked all over the floor. Most of the staff were nice. Others didn't care.

The listing indicated the hotel had an airport shuttle which was the main reason for choosing the hotel. However, when we arrived, there was no shuttle and our family had to take two taxis to the airport. The hotel and staff and dining were all nice, just no shuttle.

Air did not work, just blew around hot air. Worst breakfast in my whole life. If you got there in the last half there was almost no food. Internet did not work in room or lobby. Staff treated you like you were not wanted, so why go.
